Frequently asked questions
Do I need to book equipment in advance?
It’s not required, but we recommend booking online so you can simply pick it up when you arrive. You can also rent equipment without a booking, subject to availability.
When are the rental shop and ski service open?
Every day while the ski area is open.
Is there a discount for multi-day rental?
Yes. Rentals of 3 to 5 days get 10% off, and rentals of 6 days or more get 15% off.
What does equipment insurance cover?
Insurance costs 5% of the rental price and covers accidental damage to the equipment.
What equipment do you have?
Völkl skis and Dalbello ski boots for children and adults, snowboard and cross-country skiing equipment, helmets, sledges and other equipment.
Do I need to book the ski service?
No. Just bring your skis to the ski service and we’ll prepare them while you enjoy a coffee.
